When we bought 8-10 Lordship Lane we acquired a warehouse used by an electrical wholesaler. Refurbishing the front part and letting it to Cafe Nero, we then let the warehouse as an indoor market for 5 years, which leaves us with the opportunity to explore its development potential in the future.
